Responsibilities Include:

• Provide excellent customer service, greet customers, take orders,and assist customers with their orders
• Understand and comply with store operation procedures, policies, and responsibilities
• Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) system
• Perform cashier duties and opening and closing procedures at the beginning or end of each shift/ day
• Maintain cleanliness of the store
• Prepare food items, including cutting fruit
• Receive and report daily inventory
• Maintain punctual and regualr attendance
• Promote certain product items
• Maintain a positive attitude and work well with fellow staff members
• Perform duties as assigned
Job Requirements:

• 1 year experience in the food or service industry is preferred, but not required
• Food handler certificate is required
• Work availability must be minimum of 4 days. Must have flexibility and ability to work holidays and weekends
• Excellent customer service skills and positive attitude
• Ability to take direction and instructions
• Uniforms must be worn at all times while working shifts
• Proficiency in English. Ability to speak Chinese and/or other language is a plus.
• Legal working status
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19

• Assisting with changes in scheduling
• Communicating with crew members
• Training new staff members
• Overseeing and directing crew members
• Reporting to issues and suggestions to Supervisors

• 1 year experience as shift leader/manager of 1+ year in the food or service industry is preferred, but not required.
• Food handler certificate is required
• Work availability must be minimum of 5 days
